*As of January 1st, 2023 there will be a $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking to secure your dates. This deposit goes toward you balance due.

*$100.00 refundable cleaning fee deposit required at time of booking with the full balance due 24 hours prior to the event.

HOURLY RATES

• $400.00 per 4-hour booking (does not include use of kitchen appliances)
• $575.00 per 4-hour booking window (including use of kitchen appliances)
• 4-hour windows are BAM-11 AM or 1 PM-5PM
• $95.00 per hour for additional hours booked
• $750.00 for 8-hour booking (does not include use of kitchen appliances) $975.00 8-hour booking (including use in kitchen appliances)
• Cleaning fee of $100.00 per hourly session if not cleaned by guests

OVERNIGHT RATES

• $1,440.00 for entire lodge overnight booking with a sleeping capacity of 24 queen beds, 9 bathrooms ($350.00 cleaning fee not included) This included kitchen appliance use and has a 1 :00PM check in, 11 :00AM checkout time.
• $300.00 per room if entire lodge not booked which includes the use of 4 queen beds and 1 Jack and Jill bathroom (includes $75.00 cleaning fee). This includes kitchen appliance use and has a 1 :00PM check in, 11 :00AM checkout time.

WEDDINGS AND/OR RECEPTIONS

• Wedding Only $1,000.00
• Wedding & Reception $1,950.00 – Non refundable deposit of $250.00 is required
• Reception Only $1000.00
• $200.00 Cleaning fee not included

(Decorations, sound, set up & tear down will be at your own discrepancy – this is not provided)

DESIRED ADD-ONS

• $50.00 for a 50 person additional tables set up/tear down with table cloths
